 Sundiva Residence Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities. Our refund policy for reservations is as follows:

Cancellations:

Cancellation requests made 7 days before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation cost.

No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Early Departures:

Guests departing before the scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for the remaining nights of their reservation.

Refund Processing:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-20 days of the cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original reservation.

Exceptions:

In case of extenuating circumstances (such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, etc.), exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered.

Special Promotions or Packages:

Refund policies for reservations made under special promotions or packages may differ and will be outlined at the time of booking.

Group Reservations:

Group reservations may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking and specified in the group contract.

Reservation Changes:

Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with applicable fees.
